We all want to be happy because we feel good when we are happy and happiness is essential as it makes us live long so In this post, I will be sharing a few tips on how to be happy.
- Don’t let the sun go down on your anger
- Don’t compare yourself to other people: comparison is the greatest cause of sadness. People are created differently so we are all at different points in our lives so comparison is really negative.
- Be yourself: You can’t be genuinely happy trying to copy someone so just be yourself and have genuine happiness.
- Make friends: friends have a special way of just making you feel good no matter what.
- Do what you love: Doing what you love just gives you joy from the inside for example mine is blogging.
- Have at least 5 close relationships: these people will be there for you no matter what and you can feel comfortable around them and this will give you happiness that you have confidants.
- Treat yourself: there’s nothing bad in treating yourself to something as little as a meal or something as big as a car or a house it just just gives you happiness and satisfaction.
- Change your perspective of life: always have a positive out look on life and always believe everything will work and you will definitely have peace of mind.
- Get more sleep: sleep relaxes our body and makes us feel happier
