How to control your emotions 

We all have emotions whether it’s that of happiness, anger, sadness or disappointment. we all show our emotions in various ways. For example, some people tend to cry when they’re extremely happy or some might just grin. Some people tend to shout a lot and transfer aggression on other people around them when they’re angry. not controlling your emotions have serious consequences and it might even cost you your life. But in order to live a healthy life  you need to know how to control your emotions.

  • Find out what the negative emotions are and be determined to get rid of it. Determination is the key to getting anything done perfectly because it gives you the zeal and enthusiasm.
  • Breath!!! when we’re angry, we tend to breath shallower and also feel tense all over. if you take deep breaths, it will provide enough oxygen to your heart and you will feel calmer and relaxed. (my science classes are paying off)
  • Have different perspective of every situation. that means that you should always look at the positives in every bad situation.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO DONT ACT IN A WAYTHAT WONT MAKE YOU HAVE PEACE OF MIND.
