How to be happy


Here are few tips on how to be happy: 

  • Don’t let the sun go down on your anger
  • Exercise! : Most people don’t like working out but working out releases serotonin that makes us feel good and happier.
  • Be yourself: You can’t be genuinely happy trying to copy someone so just be yourself and have genuine happiness.
  • Make friends: friends have a special way of just making you feel good no matter what.
  • Do what you love: Doing what you love just gives you joy from the inside for example mine is blogging.
  • Have at least 5 close relationships: these people will be there for you no matter what and you can feel comfortable around them and this will give you happiness that you have confidants.
  • Treat yourself: there’s nothing bad in treating yourself to something as little as a meal or something as big as a car or a house it just just gives you happiness and satisfaction.
  • Change your perspective of life
  • Get more sleep: sleep relaxes our body and makes us feel happier 
  • Trust yourself
