Hello my lovely readers, its been really long since I posted and that’s because I’ve been very busy at school and I really appreciate those that took their time to find out why I stopped posting. Thank you so much.
Its my birthday today(24/11) so I decided to blog about things that I’ve learnt for the past 16 years(bcos I’m 16 today)
Academic work is important.
I never really realised this until a few months ago when I realised that my GCSE result is the base of my future career
Relationships don’t really matter.
Having a boyfriend at 16 doesn’t really contribute to your future.
You will know the friends that are true.
At this age, you would have had some hard times and any friend that stays with you during those times are the true and loyal ones. You will also realise that everyone is not your friend
Good Family relationship is really important.
If you aren’t cool with your family now then you won’t have a good relationship with them in the future.
God comes first.
Everything you do God is really important. He directed my path when I was confused.
My future starts now.
Its a terrifying thought but I have no choice than to face the reality of life that adulthood starts now.
You have to learn to take responsibility.
I have 2 siblings, if they do something wrong I get blamed for it because I am the ‘eldest’ in the house which is really annoying but I have no choice than to take the responsibility.
Life is not all about fun alone.
You have to work also. You can’t be lazy at 16(especially in an African home), you have to get you gear up
Management of time is really important
If you can’t manage your time, you will procrastinate a lot and you would end up not getting anything done.
Thank you so much for reading and bare with me for the next few weeks. Once again, happy birthday to me.🎊🎊🎊🎊
