How to manage your time

First of all, I wanna thank you guys so much, I’m pretty excited that I achieved this great milestone of 100 followers (it doesn’t seem like a lot but I’m really happy) after a month of keeping this blog up and running. It’s satisfying to know that so many people are viewing my writing, and it motivates me to keep writing. Anyways, thank you all so much. I (obviously) couldn’t have done it without ystress
.

Here are tips to help you manage your time effectively.

🕣Don’t procrastinate
Im really guilty of this and at the end of the day, I end up not getting it done. So ensure you do all your best to complete the task at that time.

🕘Be determined to get things done
Its really awesome to see how quick a determined person works.

🕣 Learn to focus and Get rid of any form of distraction
Phones, iPad, laptop and TV are really distracting. I’ll say to myself I’m just gonna watch one episode but I end up watching 10. Let nothing else exist while carrying out a task

🕣 Assign a time limit to each task and Set a timer

🕣Plan your day
Making a checklist helps to keep your day organised.

🕣Take a break
Don’t just work work work, a little break will help you freshen up

🕣Get enough sleep
Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep each day to reduce stress and it also keeps you alert the next day.

🕣Learn to say NO
Saying no reduces the amount of commitment you have which automatically reduces the amount of work you do.

🕣Know your most productive time of the day and do the most difficult task then
Some people work better late at night and some early in the morning

  1. learning not to be a procrastinator is a hard job but it is addictive when you set goal and can highlight or scratch off items from that To Do List.
